In response, Dele Alake said, “my rebuttal to the question you asked as to why subsidy never happened some years ago is a question and it goes that, why didn’t channels television employ you also ten (10) years ago?”
Speaking further, Dele Alake said, “i think it is really a good thing that oil marketers came here for the meeting about the subsidy. It shows they are empathetic about what is happening.”
Lastly, Dele Alake said, “it is actually something good because no government has ever had the courage to remove oil subsidy despite knowing it was necessary. Fuel subsidy is an albatross of over forty years on the Federal Republic of Nigeria…..CONTINUE READING
