1. Aerobic exercise: Aerobic exercise, also known as cardio, is any activity that increases your heart rate and breathing. Exercises like brisk walking, jogging, cycling, and swimming fall under this category.

By enhancing blood flow and easing the strain on the heart, aerobic exercise strengthens the heart and reduces blood pressure.

2. Resistance training: Resistance training, also known as strength training or weightlifting, involves using weights or resistance bands to strengthen and tone the muscles.

This type of exercise can also help to lower blood pressure by improving blood flow and reducing the stiffness of the arteries.

3. Stretching; It can ease stiffness in the muscles, increase circulation, and increase flexibility and mobility. Additionally, stretching can help reduce stress and promote relaxation, which can be beneficial for managing high blood pressure.

It’s critical to stretch correctly to prevent damage. Begin each stretch slowly and hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds. Stretching shouldn’t be bounced or forced, and you shouldn’t push yourself too far. Stretching should be done after a warm-up or exercise when muscles are warm and more pliable.
