The sweet danger of sugar can lead to weight gain which then can result into fat accumulation as well as diabetes type 2. Now who would want go through all these problems?

This substance can result into an increased risk of heart disease. As from research, diets high in sugar can lead to obesity and inflammation as well as high blood pressure and high blood sugar resulting into heart disease. Plus prevention is better than cure, right?

Eating large amounts of sugar can cause weight gain and increased body fat. Furthermore, high prolonged sugar consumption can lead to resistance with the body for insulin. Insulin is a hormone which regulates blood sugar. Resistance to insulin causes blood sugar to rise and strongly increases your risk of diabetes. Do you seriously want upon yourselves to suffer from type 2 diabetes? Seriously?

Now who would of thought, that sugar is a risk factor of cancer? I certainly didn’t. The likelihood of esophageal cancer has been shown to be increased for someone with an increased rate of table sugar/sucrose.

It may increase your risk of depression as it has been linked by previous research to depression when high sugar consumption is consumed. Hmm to be honest, I kind of agree with this link. I feel like if one is unhealthy then they result in unnecessary health conditions but if one is healthy and does the required health routine such as exercise, it should reduce the risk of them causing upon themselves a negative health condition….CONTINUE READING
