A lady identified as Ann from Nakuru revealed how her mother married her off to her ex-boyfriend without her consent. This made her bleed whenever she could sleep with her husband
She was born and raised in Nakuru by a single mother. Her mother left her under the care of her grandmother when she was young. After completing her primary education, she didn’t join secondary school due to financial problems.
She moved to Naivasha where she was employed as a house helper. One year later, she moved out of the house where she was working due to being overworked and being underpaid.
Her mother sent her to a man in the same town and promised to employ her but after arrival, she found a single man. After one week, the man told her that, her mother had sent her there to be his wife.
It wasn’t easy for her but since the man promised her heaven on earth, she fell into the trap. It wasn’t easy for her since whenever the man would sleep with her, she could start bleeding.
She underwent several miscarriages which made her husband give her permission to look for a man to impregnate her. After Siring two children with another man, the bleeding problem didn’t stop.
She decided to share her challenges with her family and after several family meetings and trying to find the solution, it was discovered that the man was her mother’s ex-boyfriend.
The marriage was dissolved because according to their tribe’s taboos, it is an abomination to sleep with a man who has slept with your mother
