Symptoms Of Bladder Cancer You Should Not Ignore

According to “Cleveland Clinic”, Bladder cancer is a type of cancer that affects the bladder, which is the organ responsible for storing urine. It is a relatively common form of cancer, with around 80,000 new cases being diagnosed in the United States each year. While bladder cancer can be difficult to detect in its early stages, there are several symptoms that individuals should be aware of.

Blood in the urine

This is known as hematuria and can occur in varying degrees. In some cases, the blood may be visible to the naked eye, appearing as red or pink urine. In other cases, the blood may not be visible but can be detected through laboratory testing.

Frequent urination

This can be caused by the tumor blocking the flow of urine, leading to an increased need to urinate.

Unusual pain or discomfort during urination can be caused by the tumor irritating the bladder or urethra. Try as much as possible to seek medical care once you start experiencing pain.
