According to Healthline, this article outlines two (2) things that men should quit consuming on a regular basis in order to prevent prostate cancer.

1. Red meat

This has traditionally been the staple food of most people, owing to its accessibility and availability. Most people enjoy the flavor of red meat, especially when it is fried. Some men love this meat with a bottle of alcoholic drink, which is really bad for their prostate.

Red meat includes a carcinogenic component known as heterocyclic amines (HCA). This HCA is generated in beef at very high temperatures and, if taken in excess, damages the Prostrate glands in men.

2. Men should also refrain from taking alcohol on a regular basis. In many aspects, excessive alcohol consumption has a harmful impact on several regions of the body, including the Prostrate glands.

Too much alcohol can harm the kidneys, liver, heart, lungs, respiratory organs, and other organs.

Heavy drinkers are more vulnerable to this condition since alcohol includes substances that are harmful to our health.
